Each location has its own stock and its own minimums, and whatever moves between them leaves a trail. A transfer isn't subtracting here and adding there by hand.

You buy in one currency, sell in another and the rate moves. The system stores the rate applied to each operation, so the reports still add up months later.

What kind of business is Stockvenza built for?
Businesses that sell from several stores or warehouses and need to know what's in each one. It's a particularly good fit if you track batches, transfer stock between locations, buy and sell in different currencies, or turn some products into others. If you run a single shop with a simple catalog, something lighter will probably do, and I'll tell you so on the call.
How does the subscription work?
You pay one monthly fee for the product, nothing else, and in return there's nothing to install or maintain. Hosting, updates and backups of your data are all included. There's no price list to pick from: we talk through your operation, I show you the system and then send you a proposal. Tell me how many stores you have.
Who looks after servers, updates and backups?
I do. Hosting, infrastructure, deployments, system updates and database backups are all on me, so your team only needs a browser and an internet connection. Even though the system runs on my server, I don't go into your company's account unless you create a user for me to check something, and you can delete it as soon as we're done.
What happens to my data when I start, and if I ever leave?
When you start, I can load what you already have: products, stock levels and warehouses from your spreadsheets or another system, cleaned up first so you begin with tidy data. And the database is yours: you can export it whenever you like, not just when you leave. What you take with you is your information; the software itself stays part of the service.
Does Stockvenza issue invoices?
That depends on what your business needs and on your country's regulations. If you already use invoicing software, the sensible move is to connect Stockvenza to it so sales flow across without being retyped. If you don't have any, invoicing can be built into the system. We'll work that out in our first conversation.
How can I tell if it's right for me before subscribing?
